Great service, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean rooms, good location, convenient transportation.

Perfect downtown location, overlooking a beautiful park. Spacious Executive Lounge room with a great bathroom and comfy bed. Very helpful and friendly Guest Relations staff, Ayday was amazing. Superb breakfast with delicious options. Fantastic spa facilities and big gym area.

the luxurious amenities provided were exceptional - from the immaculate Spa & wellness centre to the beautifully designed Sauna. the entire service staff was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to fulfill all our needs. We enjoyed the Live entertainment and Full body massage at the Spa lounge. the Steam room and Turkish bath were refreshing and left us feeling rejuvenated. the room advantages were exclusive with breathtaking room views and comfortable beds. the Restaurant served Special diet menus and the Bar/Lounge area had a variety of drinks to choose from.

The only minor downside was the room's air-conditioner which didn't seem to get cold enough. this was not a major issue, and not worth taking away points for this fantastic hotel.

During my recent stay at New Park Hotel, I had a very positive experience. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to the local underground station and within walking distance of the city center. I especially enjoyed the lovely park across the road, which provided a peaceful and scenic environment. Additionally, the hotel had a cafe bar that was modern and exceptionally clean. I loved being able to relax and enjoy a refreshing drink, such as the local beer Efes, after a day of exploring.

One specific situation that stood out to me was when I encountered a problem with my phone. Unfortunately, it had become unusable after it was dropped.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, within a short walking distance to Kızılay intersection and the Kolej Metro station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, including Migros supermarket, making it easy to find meals and supplies.

The WiFi connection in the hotel can be disappointing, with poor connection for video calls and the need to search for better connectivity in certain areas of the room.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was perfect, close to a beautiful park and within walking distance to the city center. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of exploring the city.

the noise from the surrounding area was quite noticeable, especially during the night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. I also appreciated the convenient luggage storage room for after check-out. I had a pleasant stay at New Park.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to the city center and nearby attractions. the room service was prompt and efficient, ensuring that everything was clean and tidy.

There were a few disappointing aspects to my stay. the internet connection was incredibly slow, making it difficult to browse or check emails.

Outstanding breakfast with customizable eggs, open at 6am. Helpful front desk and guest relations via WhatsApp. Great family room for 5 people. Convenient location near KIZILAY. Big park with activities and security. High quality breakfast and reasonably priced menu. Onsite spa at reasonable cost. Clean and beautiful room with quick room service. Helpful valet parking and quick check-in/out process. Daily complimentary drinking water.

This hotel boasts a prime location near the underground station and the center of the city, making it easy to explore the area's attractions. Kizlay square is just a short walk away, and there's a beautiful park across the road to enjoy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of high-quality options on offer.

There was one issue that detracted from the otherwise pleasant stay - the noise from the roof at night was a bit disturbing and made it difficult to sleep.

The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to transportation and in walking distance to many interesting places. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Ayday, who made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was a highlight of my stay with a wide variety of tasty options.
